You’ve probably heard all these stupid rules, but experts weighing the dignity of these assumptions self – most of them will not help you lose weight or not to diet more easily.
10 rules of food can be ignored:
1. Eating at night is on the stack of books. The total number of calories consumed during a period of 24 hours or more a week makes you gain weight and when you play to consume these calories do not count.
